Career Overview

A Dishwasher at Mr. Sushi is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our kitchen and ensuring that our kitchen staff have the necessary tools and equipment to provide top-notch service to our customers at Mr. Sushi.

Expectations and Responsibilities: 

As a customer of Mr. Sushi, you can expect our Dishwasher to:  

  • Wash Dishes: Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and cooking equipment using industrial dishwashing equipment or by hand.
  • Assist/Support Team: Collaborate with sushi/kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations during peak hours by providing clean and sanitized equipment and utensils.
  • Organize Kitchen: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dishwashing area, including emptying trash, stacking clean dishes, and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Support Maintenance: Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel promptly.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as restaurant policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to Safety: Follow strict adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines, including food safety regulations and safe handling of kitchen equipment.
